This registration session will allow you to select a sponsorship option and submit a donation payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Central Perkiomen Youth Association.

CPYA is a self-funded, non-profit organization that has been providing positive baseball and softball experiences for over 850 boys and girls annually in the Perkiomen Valley and Spring Valley area for the last 55 years.  In affiliation with Babe Ruth League, Inc., the objective of this association is to mentor the youth of the community with ideals of sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, and courage, so that they may be finer, stronger, and happier youths who will grow to be healthy and confident adults.
